Wellness Social

Social habits and behaviors can have a negative effect on your wellness. Hosting your friends and family for an event that allows everyone to have great tasting food and walk away with tips and tricks to make being social fun and well is key. 

This culinary experience begins with a planning session to customize your event. Since we are talking wellness here, we want to incorporate the four BL building blocks into your experience. 

1. Nourishment:

Let us teach you and your friends “How To” lessons like:

•  Prepping food to stock your fridge to make cooking easier in the week.
•  Simple easy meal planning and execution.
•  How to select and buy quality ingredients
•  Customized topics to suit your needs.

2. Restorative:

What restorative means, how to find time for it, and the importance of this building block in helping you and your guests navigate day to day wellness. 

3. Movement:

After restoration, we will discuss movement and how just a little effort goes a long way for your body.

4. Finding Purpose:

Setting aside time to reflect upon how you are now presently and asking yourself the question of where do you want to be, how do you want to grow is a key to Finding Purpose.

We will coach you through some key questions to help you answer these questions for yourself.

Individual Food Prep Coaching

Personalized in your home food prep coaching that will provide with tools tips and techniques to make cooking fun and easy.

First will access your food style and goals. Then we will develop a (6) six week training plan to help you reach you cooking goals. 

This training is unique as it will take place in your kitchen so you can learn new skills, using your pots, pans and tools. 


$600 for 6 week one hour sessions. 

Individual Wellness Coaching

Finding time to reflect, write down thoughts and plan goals should not be a luxury, it should be attainable for everyone. Taking time for you will make you a better human being. Period. 

Bleu Laurel Wellness coaching is a comprehensive human experience that will explore how you currently doing in each of the (4) building blocks and develop strategies and goals for you to reach to thrive in each.

We start the experience by on boarding with a questionnaire that will help us create stepping stones to walk us through your 12 week experience. 

We will then meet virtually for one hour once a week and discuss topics. We will send you summary of the topic after each session and your goals for the next week and sprinkle in some encouragement and support along the way.

$ 1,500 for 12 week session. 


Individual Career Coaching

When you are immersed in the hustle of the work week, you are most likely being reactive rather than pro-active. At Bleu Laurel we like to stand out and helping others excel in their career is no exception. For this 6 week journey we will be looking at where you presently are in your career and developing strategies to set you apart from the pack. This coaching course will give the the framework to ask yourself the hard questions, have time to think, and come up with measurable goals for career success. 

We will begin on boarding the process by collaborating for a 90 minute session. We will review where you are in your current job. What responsibilities you have, your interaction with staff and peers and develop goals and forecasting. You will have exercises and homework!!

We will meet virtually for one hour for the next 5 weeks and review the exercises from the previous week and frame up the next step. 


6 week minimum. $100 a session.
