Wellness Social

Together we will create a custom virtual wellness event for you and your guests. Host a fun get-together with your friends to connect and share self-care and restoration with people you care about. It's a fun way to create a little peace and sanity in your life. It's Oprah meets Rachael Ray mixed with Dr. Oz and Martha Stewart.

This experience begins with a planning session to customize your event. Since we are talking wellness here, we suggest incorporation the four BL building blocks into your experience. 

1. Nourishment:

Let us teach you and your friends “How To” lessons like:

•  The how and why of healthy food choices
•  Simple, easy meal planning and execution.
•  How to select and buy quality ingredients
•  Customized topics to suit your needs.

2. Restorative:

What restorative means, how to find time for it, and the importance of this building block in helping you and your guests navigate day to day wellness. We include things like stress management and getting quality sleep.

3. Movement:

Bodies are designed to move. Let us help you redefine your relationship to exercise and all its benefits

4. Finding Purpose:

Setting aside time to reflect upon how you are now presently and asking yourself the question of where do you want to be, how do you want to grow is a key to Finding Purpose.

We will coach you through some key questions to help you answer these questions for yourself.

GROUP Food Prep CLASSES

Virtual food prep coaching that will provide with tools tips and techniques to make cooking fun and easy.

We host a variety of virtual classes that will make good food easy and doable for everyone. It's an informal, open-mic format so you can ask questions and socialize with participants and hosts.

GROUP Wellness Coaching

Finding time to reflect, write down thoughts and plan goals is not be a luxury, it is necessary to thrive. Taking time for you will make you a better human being.  Self-care is not selfish. It allows you to be fully present for yourself and others.

Bleu Laurel Wellness coaching takes an holistic look at your daily life. We explore how you are doing in each of the 4 building blocks and suggest strategies to help you reach  your goals.

Our "Framework" events explore the building blocks of wellness. We guide participants through exercises to identify areas that need work and provide strategies that allow each person to develop an individualized wellness plan that they can implement. We teach implementation strategies so that you can turn ideas into action.

Individual CUSTOM Coaching

Want to do a deep dive and develop a comprehensive wellness plan? We can work through all four building blocks or focus on one or two. Examples of work with past clients has included topics such as meditation and restorative practices; cooking lessons focused on how to prep/stock your refrigerator for a weeks' worth of meals; new ways of thinking about movement; and finding purpose. Want to go Paleo? We can help you through that. Whole30 seem daunting? We can help with that too. Starting to meditate and want some guidance. Let us know.
